We enjoyed our peaceful stay away from husbands and children and grandchildren. My sister Pat (Mill Valley) and myself Eileen (Mount Joy, PA) enjoyed a lovely sister birthday. Weekend shopping along Carmel-by-the-Sea shopping district. We enjoyed the food shopping and so many unforgettable moments together as we breathe in the atmosphere of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We look forward to coming back in the future to explore all the hidden shops and fine cuisine in this delightful town. We are now very rested and enjoy the jetted tub and DVD’s available in the office. The cottage was quite lovely and reminded us of past visits to England. We are looking forward to our return home with special memories of our visit in Carmel.

Maggie and Norma had a wonderful four days at Robin Hood in Lincoln Green. The place is charming and comfortable, the breakfasts delicious, and the beds luxurious! The day after…our wedding in San Francisco. Here we end our day – here in cottage Robin Hood – last day in USA. Then we fly back to Germany. It is for us a good finish of our marriage and honeymoon. My beloved Mimi and I arrived at Little John in the late evening after a long, wonderful day sailing on Monterey Bay with our friends. When we got to Little John, and walked in, we both cried with tears of joy. This was the most romantic place we have ever stayed at together, and being enveloped by the décor and charm of the cottage was a beautiful and fitting end to a great day together. Waking up at first light to the fog and the birds singing was amazing. Having breakfast served to us and then eating by the warm fire of the hearth made our hearts swell with joy and love. This is truly a place that we will return to year after year. Thank you Lincoln Green Inn for such beautiful, romantic, serene place – we love it! Michael Bender.
