Mom and Dad took us here for some R&R and promised us it would
be a great sheepdog vacation. They were right! We had a great time
- walks to downtown, playing fetch on the beach, and romping with
other neighborhood dogs. And the people here are really nice. We
hope to be back soon, as I'm sure there are more dogs to play with,
more balls to catch and many more "ooh's and aah's" from
locals when they see us strutting around town. Sincerely, Monty

We enjoyed our 3 nights here. Our third trip to Carmel and our first
time here at the Lincoln Green Inn. Hope to return again soon. Rained
most of the time, but enjoyed the fireplace and cottage. Wine and
cheese in the afternoon was great, as was the advice on where to
eat! Best regards- Scott and Jessie Lim, Erie, PA

We just found this place by chance, and we loved it from the very
first minute. Everything was perfect, and Angela was a wonderful
host. Even when we live very far away - between New York and Jerusalem
- we are thinking in the possibility to come back during the next
September. It will be wonderful to share this place with our little
granddaughter, Esther. George and Brachah - New York, NY

Many, many visits to Carmel, but our first stay at Lincoln Green
Inn. This quaint and cozy location captures the unique and majestic
beauty of this town. The gardens are enchanting and everything about
the cottage, perfect! The most comfortable, heavenly bed I've ever
slept in. No one wants to get up. I will be inquiring about the
thread count, brand of pillows, feathertop, etc....whatever the
secret is to the most soft cozy nest ever. Thank you for the wonderful
stay. We look forward to coming back in the summer perhaps with
more of the family. Robin Hood was perfect for my husband, myself,
my mother, 10-year old daughter and our Golden Retriever - who was
just as content as all of us were. Many thanks. Rhonda Rousseau

We stayed at this lovely hotel our last night of our vacation trip
to USA (it's almost 10 days) and we woud like to say that we love
your hotel the most. We came very far away from here, Bangkok, Thailand.
One day we will come back to Carmel and definitely your hotel will
be our choice! Thanks. Tarasansombat familyl - Thailand

You made all of my "little girl" dreams come true...what
a magical place this is where they would come for their "honeymoons".
Thanks for a great stay while in Carmel.

This place was such a nice escape from reality. Despite the stay
being short, it certainly felt like an extended getaway. Our little
baby girl slept particularly well (such a nice treat). We'll have
to make the escape again in the near future. Kenji and Haruke (and

What a beautiful place to stay for us and the dogs. Accomodations
were above excellence and property was so well kept. We took our
dogs out for long scenic walks and they were conked out for the
night. Hope to see you soon again. Edward, Sanae and Moira and Markham

A place apart nestled in beauty. Timelessness found and appreciated
at this most rapidly changing time. To all who share this room,
I suggest an "almost private" beautiful spot on drive
to Big Sur. Park just before the Garrapata Creek bridge, hike on
path that extends farther to the right til you go down to another
creek basin, filled with cala lilies! Out to beach from there. Of
course you can go by way of steps to the beach straight out from
where trail begins and then walk right til you come to creek. This
place in my heart is a short distance before Rocky Point. Til "Same

This truly is ia magical place. That's why we return to this little
piece of beauty and charm. We love every aspect of the cottages
and garden. Thank you for all the years of happiness and joy. However,
the best is being able to bring our dog to share the experience.
Thank you for your continued hospitality. Until next visit.

Glorious weather, adding to the "pleasure bubble" of our
4-day stay in Carmel. Maid Marian was our "perfect 'yellow'
world." Every detail was perfect. We have never slept so well.
Perfect location for walks to Carmel River Beach and town. We will
hope to be back, soon. Tom and Valerie Andrews - Dallas, TX

Girl's trip (3 sisters and Mom) was wonderful. Lots of rain, but
we found things to do. Shopping, Highway 1 drive, lots of parks
and beaches to visit. The Inn was beautiful, and we loved the morning
walks to see all the flowers and cottages. We will return, lots
still to do and see. Kris Sumsion, Lenore Sumsion, Marlisa Bouck,
Terry Hawes - Salt Lake City, Utah
