The inn consists of four individual cottages. One cottage, Robin Hood has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. Three, Maid Marian, Little John and Friar Tuck, have one bedroom. living room and completely equipped kitchen. Most cottages have private yards and feature fireplaces, some have flat screen televisions in both the bedroom and living room and DVD players ... all have internet access. Room rate includes evening wine reception and a light breakfast fare each morning. The cottages can be rented by the night, week or month; pricing varies by the day of the week and length of stay. POLICIES

• Check-in: Between 3 and 6 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made.

• Check-out 12 noon.

• Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard.

• Two night minimum stay on weekends and holidays (three-night stay on some holidays).

• For all our guests' comfort, Lincoln Green Inn cottages are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted "outside" of cottages.

• All cottages are pet friendly.

• Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations. Your first night's stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due upon check in. If you need to cancel your reservation, a 7-day notice is required to receive a full refund, with a $20 processing fee per room charged to your credit card. If you will not be able to cancel within 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged in full for your reservation if we are unable to rebook your room(s).
